The first of the saving season
It might be possible that I've been grumpy since Saturday morning.
So to deflect from that, I did want to mention that today was the first day in 2012 that I saved produce for later.
I froze 3 containers of spinach!

One of Leah's coworkers told her she freezes spinach all the time, and when she is ready for it she takes it out and just chops off what she needs. We are hoping to do the same. We'll see how it goes.
