Levent and I escape rural life for 24 hours and headed to Kansas City this weekend. It was glorious. We went to the Art Museum, ate BBQ, saw Trevor Noah's comedy show, brunched, and bought lots of goodies from the Middle Eastern grocery store at the City Market.
